E&O Global Inc is looking for a dispatcher to work on the most advanced and successful trucking company. Candidates for this job have a strong eye for detail, can provide quick and strategic solutions, adapt to sudden changes, manage difficult and complex challenges, and work collaboratively with others. We are looking for self-motivated team players interested in creating an excellent customer experience.

Shared Service Center in Ternopil and Lviv.

Requirements:

  • Conduct load picks up, transit, and delivery by following DOT and company high safety standards;
  • Update and input equipment and load related information in corporate CRM (software);
  • Oversee and control cargo loading and securement;
  • Build and maintain relationships with freight brokers and customers;
  • Take on the responsibility of booking the most efficient loads to remain cost/profit effective as a company;
  • Resolve freight related problems both internal and external with brokers/shippers to increase customer satisfaction;
  • Follow company policies and procedures.

Essential Qualifications:

  • English level — upper-intermediate
  • A team player

  • Strong communication skills
  • Good negotiation and problem-solving skills
  • Stress resilient
