Requirements:

  • Experience working in an equivalent position (preferably);
  • Excellent communication skills;
  • Advanced written and spoken English;
  • Good understanding of how to work with clients;
  • Experience working with native English speakers.

Responsibilities:

  • Interact with existing customers;
  • Get new projects started;
  • Develop project’s strategies and manage campaigns
  • Organize customer service at the highest level;
  • Assign tasks to the members of the team;
  • Cooperate with other teams to reach goals;
  • Work on outreach campaigns for clients;
  • Provide feedback to the client about the work done;
  • Ensure high team performance;
  • Get feedback and scores from clients;
  • Analyze the success of the project, search for the ways to improve company’s performance;
  • Handle complaints and issues.
