Skills:

1. Work experience in an IT company is required
   
2. 5+ years of programming experience
3. 2+ years of project management experience
4. Fluency in English, work experience with foreign customers
5. Ability to switch quickly between different projects and tasks
6. Intention to work towards and achieve goals while aiming to carefully and proactively monitor customer s goals and requirements
7. Flexibility, being able to change your current approach or behavior in order to achieve your goal

Positive feedback from previous jobs is desirable
