Important skills to perform well

• B2C sales manager experience of minimum 1 years or more in telemarketing/call center on English desk.
• native or fluency in English.
• Experience in selling financial products such as Forex/Crypto/NFT’s.

• Willingness to work 8-9 hours Shift in call center or from home.

Main tasks

• Getting new hot live & 24/48 hours leads
• Converting leads into clients (depositors)
• Deposit the clients on Exchanges or PSP’s
• Work on CRM system
• Efficient time management to maximizing your time
• Daily productive work with the potential client
• Building a relationship of trust with clients
• Achievement of planned sales objectives (KPI fulfilment);
